Advent Shuttle and Do No Harm Achievement

Hey guys, just got a simple question. Does destroying the advent shuttle affect the Do No Harm achievement?

I never finished my second run, lol. But our friend here was able to confirm in my place, thankfully

i destory advent shuttle and didnt kill any human, including the cook, i stll got the do harm achievement at end of my game play.
