Sneak Attack II: Does the dmg bonus apply to gloo'd foes?

"Do 250% dmg to enemies while they are unaware of you." When I gloo a mimic and wrench it from behind, will that be counted as an "unaware" enemy?

I think glooing an enemy automatically makes it aware of you.

Gloo'd enemies seem to take an amount of damage similar to sneak attack damage. You can't kill a normal mimic with a normal wrench if it's aware, but you can if it's Gloo'd.

In general, the rules seem to be similar to modern D&D - if the opponent either was unaware or unable to defend itself (glooed, shocked), you seem to get the sneak attack bonus.

No, you don’t get the sneak attack bonus but you do get glooing damage bonus. They are granted in clearly different circumstances and has different bonus value.

You get a damage bonus for hitting gloo'd foes yes, not a sneak one though.

On a side note I just beat the game yesterday. Human abilities only. Gonna play it on hard next.
