Password?
Hello everyone,

Where can I find the password for the Power plant security station?
Also where can I find the password for 3232 cargo container?

I think locks/terminals without "ERROR" means that a code for that device exists somewhere, am I correct?
Whereas padlock/terminals with ERROR means your only way is to hack the device/lock.

Yeah, I've already found those pages, but neither of those lists these codes I'm looking for.
Hacking is no option for me, since on this playthrough I'm doing a non hacking run.
So?

Unless I'm totally mistaken right now, doesn't the Power Plant office key card lie next to the corpse that is next to a broken elevator when you decline from the entrance of the power plant area to the lower level?

Just ignore me if I was tricked by memory or if I understood you incorrectly and you actually are looking for something completely different! :)

edit: aw shoot, you mean the security station, that's what I get for not reading things in their entirety! Sorry to have wasted your time, just ignore my ramblings above.

I'm not sure about this, but can't all cargo containers in the Cargo Bay be opened with a single security computer in the room full of Typhon that you have to clear out for Elazar?

Container 3232: The computer in Cargo Bay B can open all containers in the bay. It is right behind the gates from Bay A to the right hand. Can be overlooked, since it looks so nondescript.

I am not sure about the security station password. I believe that this screen must be hacked, if you want to access it. I have played the game several times and I believe I have never seen what is on that screen. I don't hack, and I don't think I would have overlooked a password several times.

Thanks.
Well thats just plain stupid. Making some doors/terminals/keypads with "ERROR" "X" would signal you that "you can only hack me" whereas a normal prompt comes up would signal "you can hack me, but you can find the password somewhere around talos".

Now it seems that the normal interaction screen doesn't necesseraly mean that a password exist for that particular door/terminal.

Well, that is OK - I would have put even more of that in to make the advantage of certain abilities greater. You should be able to get a little more out of the game, if you have an advantage over someone who lacks it.
As long as you can do the main quest there is no problem.

I also have a feeling that some content was cut (reployer anyone?) and maybe there would have been that password in, if it wasn't.

There is a hatch above the door to the left. It's a maintenance hatch above the operator dispensor. There's a door override once you get to the other side.
