I didn't kill him! ('do no harm' question)

So just wondering if anyone knows if letting the chef kill himself counts as me killing him, making me unable to get the 'Do no harm' achievement.

I ran in and disarmed the recycler charge he had before it went off... he just laughed, coughed then died without me doing anything ot him.

no, it doesn't count as kill. so you can safely get both achievements ('best served cold' and 'do not harm' in the end) this way on single playthrough
