You have to replay the "Leitner Music Sample" you got from Igwe shortly after he contacted you.

You can access it through your transcribe under "DATA", then go to "AUDIO LOGS" and look for "Leitner Music Example". Then play it while you are in front of the picture of Leitner playing the piano.

I love when the game gives you and tells you everything you have to do and people still get stuck and blame it on the game... This is why we are getting easier and easier games that spoonfeed you everything. What a shame...
