Prey Mooncrash Game does not save even when resetting simulation

I ve bought Mooncrash a few days ago, im stuck in phyteas labs with 2nd char 3 hours playtime, i cant save or even when finish the 2nd char and resetting simulation, it always send me back to phyteas labs with no progession!?
i really like the game but thats a mess

I just refunded Mooncrash after 2.5 hrs. Just could not get into the game.

Save files are supposed to be located @ C:\Users\<YourUser>\Saved Games\Arkane Studios\Prey\SaveGames

There should be a folder called Mooncrash0

Assuming your game is saving that is where the save files are located, do you have cloud saving turned on for this game in steam?

yeah cloudsaving is one save game folder is where u explained
game worked fine till this moment :(

Pretty weird, have you tried manually backing up the files between playthroughs? I'm not suggesting it as a long term solution, only as a means to find the source of the problem.

This is among the one of the many reasons why I didn't buy Mooncrash.

Have you tried verifying the games files?
