I think it just has the keycard and that supply closet you can open up with the terminal that you'd be missing out on.

You just need to be quick, get in, get out. yes, this will require a lot of timing and practice.

Technically you just need to grab the keycard on the dead man's body inside the magnestophere, so you can pass through to the G.U.T.S., wich I do recommend you shutting down the magnetosphere for.

Besides the supplies inside the magnetosphere itself, wich is a compartiment you can open thru the computer, there's a secret stash of goodies, (including a special chipset) up above, between the pipes near the ceiling.
