Hacking the Mimic Portal with the Volunteer

Is it possible ? I have completed the individual stories in multiple runs. Only thing left is escaping with all characters. Can you hack the mimic portal with the volunteer or I need ot reset simulation again ?

You need the volunteer to enter the sim after Claire hacks and Joan repairs. Otherwise, the Mimic Portal can't be used.

Yeah the volunteer is the first character you can paly with, and normally the last one to get out.
Spoiler for the personal mission:
Watch out, the personal mission ends with the death of the volunteer and sets the curruptions level to 4. So so it as the last char in the run.

Yeah about that... Looking at Riley Yu after doing that personnel mission What the worst that can happen instant regret.

The way I set up it always engineer, janitor, Security Chief ,old man , and director
