Nicole Hague ring objective broken?

I got the quest from her husband. Go to Crew Quarters, find her (hope she's alive, lol).

She's (not) supposed to be phantom in the Exec Suites. Okay, I go there (after getting this objective). She's not there. Now that's not to say she's gone gone, she's already dead. I've already been to Crew Quarters, as the natural progression of "try to get into Deep Storage, can't get into Deep Storage, go to Crew Quarters, oh hell, might as well check out Alex's room for another objective. Oh, hey there's 2 named Phantoms up here (or 1 depending on whatever), kill them, get the stuff, go back to Deep Storage, go outside, get back in, help crew in Cargo" objectives...

Since I already killed her, and looted her, she's dead. I can track her on the security, and it takes me to this exact spot, but her corpse has already despawned.

Her corpse has already despawned. One more time. No corpse. No ring.

What makes this funny is that I can go back to Save #84 of me going up to Excutive Suites to see if I killed her yet (was first save I tried) and for some reason her corpse is there and I forgot to loot it. Guess what's on her corpse.

The wedding ring. For the objective. That I haven't gotten yet. Wait, that's weird. If she has the ring before I even get the objective (as quest items sometime can be acquired before someone asks for them)...how do I not have it in the future save?

And I guess now I realize typing this, that since my save #84 has me not having looted her yet (how did I not loot her? Why did I just walk by the corpse? I never do that)...I broke the objective. I forgot to loot her body, and now it's gone...

I guess this is one of those times it would be acceptable for an NPC to respawn because there is an objective that their corpse needs to exist for, and it's already been "cleaned" by the system.

I can't redo all that, I'm not going back that many hours...So that's that.

Don't forget to loot all the bodies...never know when it's an important person with imporant loot. How could I have missed looting here? Guess I'll get it on the 2nd playthrough...whenever that is.
