How to track the Killer Cook?
So im in deep storage and Ive found a terminal that lets me track the volunteers. I ge that if I have the volunteer number (the long one) I can find the tracking bracelet number (the 4 digit one) but I dont know what his volunteer number is.

I could cheat an look up the 4 digit bracelet number but I dont know if that bugs the questline.

Read the questline text. It tells you to go to the security station located at the volunteers quarter (Neuromods Division iirc). From there you can track him using his bracelet number. Computer has no power though. Creepy place ahead.
