How to restore oxygen in shuttle bay?

As the title says. On my 2nd run and found that there's no oxygen there. Didn't happen my last run

It happens automatically after Dahl shows up to "clean house".

Alright I have another question. I got the quest for launching the escape pod in shuttle bay and apparently I must have hit the things in space for it without knowing since it's checked off for me then the quest says to launch the pod which I did and even saw it fly away but I'm not getting anything that says I did it. I tried going into space before I knew that and it didn't show the objective for breaking the (plates?) stuff.

It happens when you do things in wrong order. You then have broken the side mission.

When i opens the hatch in Hardware labs with boltercaster and foam belts and grab the satelitepart to evade or defeat Nightmare, that mission never pops up so i cant install it. I do really need to do nothing with the hatch until January talks about it and the side mission "did you rang" pops up.

Or i kill Nicole Hague who turns into Phantom and get her marry ring before her husband Kevin Hague do talk to me about her he never will talk about her so that side mission is broken too.

Or someone in Cargo bay ask me to kill some phantoms, after that he will open the door, and i climb up in Cargo bay to the stairway to get inside after killing some phantoms the door on the first floor never gets open. I need to stay on the first floor until he opens the door.

oh ok. I went and got the reward before launching them into space which is probably why.
