Been a couple weeks since I ran that area, but I don't remember any storage areas needing repair (I do remember the moon bay and the panel on the hull exterior that did need it but those had no codes). If it's the storage room at the far end of the lab you can get in from above.

It is the one at the far end of the lab, near the air lock. Can you just drop in from above?

Yes you can GLOO yourself up and drop in and easily walk out. The code is somewhere in other room with hi I am mr GLOO snowman.

The same for the broken stairs near the locked storage. You will find a flypack. Useful. Downtairs use explosive to move the heavy boxes.
