Missing person achievement.

I accidentally recycled a crew member before find him. Will this affect achieving missing person?

I believe you may missing a few people, i have read somewhere some of them get the archievement before really find everybody.

Otherwise you can use a older savegame?

I recycled two persons in my first run (before i found and looted them) and got the achievement for finding all crew members. So i guess it is okay.

So long as you looted their body you should be okay. Just bear in mind that the achievements in this game are pretty forgiving: if it says find "all emails" or find "all missing persons" it really means find most (like 80-85%). This is intentional, because on some runs you cannot find certain bodies (for example, the only way to enter the I.T. Closet is if you're a psychopathic maniac who kills everyone).
