No Reward for Treasure Hunt ?

I completed Treasure Hunt (no cheats) and finally punched in the right code at Abigail's computer. I got the notice that I completed the quest, but it never gave me the chipset. It is supposed to be a physical chipset that the player has to install, yes ?

NM ....... I just noticed that it comes as craftable

Its plan that has to be fabricated. I didnt get any achivment either. Also I got find all members and emails even that I missed many of them.
