create a new file called autoexec.cfg in prey's "GameSDK" folder.

and put the following line into it
sys_MaxFPS = 60
save the file
profit!

Why Would You Want to Limit FPS to 60....After Some Fine Tuning to GPU and In-Game Settings,I am NOW Playing at 98 FPS (used to Play at 60,as I was Having Problems getting Higher FPS)....Much Smoother and Faster with NO Lag/Stuttering....Certainly Wouldn't Want to Revert to Previous FPS....Still as the Saying goes "Each to Their Own"....Turning ON Vertical Sync won't Get you Far,I play with it OFF in ALL Games....Do NOT Reply to This as I don't Read Other People's Comments and Merely Click on "Mark ALL as Read"....

Some people might prefer the feel of having a steady frame rate opposed to a fluctuating one.

@Eutanazja:
If you want something that can do this for you on essentially any game,
RTSS[www.guru3d.com] tends to succeed.

You don't start every single word with a capital letter bro.. It Makes You Seem A Little Challenged If You Get What I Mean, Which I Doubt.
