Where can I find the code for alex's grav shaft FFS where is it?!

He gives it to you after resetting Power Plant. Otherwise, you can either McGyver your way up their with climbing, or use Lv4 hacking.

yeah I eventually used the gloo gun to get to the office xD

If you're okay with parkour, you can get up there using a wooden structure on the opposite side bu jumping from the elevated paths, then climb some rock shelves and access the area just underneath the terrace, got some stuff there and you can then climb onto the building.
