How do I restore power to water treatment facility?

I killed all the phantoms and checked every room even the ones blocked off. I got to blocked off ones by jumping through their windows. and yes I did fix the one electric junction next to the stairs but nothing happened. Not even elevators are working or the doors

Power switch is at the front door to the plant on a computer.

Easy to overlook, too. It is where the dead body lies right at the entrance with the unpowered doors.

Yup, that got me aswell. The terminal doesn't look interactable but it is.

The quest marker sometimes doesn't show you the exact location you need to go to. That could be a problem if the room is large, as in the case here. This, of course, is intentionally part of the challenge.

I am stuck here as well, at least I think I am. I am trying to get into the water treatment facility. The doors are unpowered and I don't have the leverage to move them. I cannot find the switch or computer you guys are talking about and I've gone over every panel with a fine tooth comb, er pointer.

From the unpowered door, go back out into the Y-shaped hallway and look up at all the flexduct. You'll notice that you can jump up there with a little work (stackables or GLOO gun). This will allow you to access the catwalk above where there's a maintenance door into the water treatment area. Like everyone said, once you get inside the water treatment facility the power switch will be on the desk near that unpowered door you just bypassed, down and to your left when you first enter.

The switch/computer is on the other side from the unpowered door.

The guy above me did write a excellent guide how to solve this. Have fun
