Awkward ride home achievement glitch

Soo I killed ever single person and hoped in the shuttle with Dahl only to find out that there was still one person alive,and that person was Danielle Sho...she's shown as Nominal on the computer terminal.
Has anyone else had this glitch?

well dude, It's probably not danielle sho. you most likely haven't killed all of the mind controlled humans. plus, you need to make sure that noone has the "Safe" tag or the Nominal Tag in the security console.

Danielle Sho is the only living person,she is meant to be dead but is showing Nominal on the Computer terminal...

You cannot kill Danielle Sho. Find her tracking bracelet and recycle it.

Nar did all that,I believe I stuffed everthing up because I killed the fake chef before Danielle Sho asked me too,which she said thankyou for doing but she didn't send any of her final breath emails which indicates her death when your in deep storage.
In my last playthrough I let the fake chef slip away,then I went and talked to her,she told me to kill him.When I got to deep storage she sent me the last breath emails and she came up dead on the computer terminal.
Soo anyone that is going for the achievement be aware of this...

It's worse than that... I let the chef escape, got her 'final breath' e-mails in Deep Storage... but she STILL comes up as Nominal on the security-terminals. I wasn't on a 'kill 'em all' run, so it didn't really matter, but... if I HAD been, it could've been ugly.

Just tried to reload my progress where I saved everyone including Dahl but when I went back to kill every personal that would be in the shuttle and escape with Dahl only the achievement didn't tolerate my actions and nothing was unlocked. Stupid game!

For the achievement to work all other 41 killable personnel must be dead.

4 of them only spawn if Dahl gives you an assignment to kill them ("Taking Iniative" quest).
For that you have to kill everyone before he arrives, except for Igwe, Alex and Mikhela. Igwe has to survive till the operation, the other two don't matter.
After the operation, you need to kill Igwe, Mika and Alex as well, if you haven't then proceed to the shuttle.

kill everyone...? "Awkward ride home" only requires you to kill 3 guys.

- kill your ex, the sick female doc.
- complete the story quest at the deep storage. once out of there save four eyed doc igwe from the container near to the cargo bay
- help the guys in the cargo bay, then leave the area. do not kill the captain for now... just remember her name.
- progress the main story.
- when it's time to save alex from the pilot, zap the pilot. talk to alex: when hells breaks loose, save the pilot. igwee will take him in custody. he will call you later
- go to igwe, brainwash the pilot, then kill igwee. it's ok, the pilot won't attack you.
- go to life support and kill the captain (the oxigen sector). if she's not there, track her down.
- complete the story

of course this is not the only way.

There is also any other person that are walking in circle in Cargo Bay and their clones moving in Life Support around the air control room. And I did killed them all....yet the achievement didn't unlock.
This going force me to give another run from the beginning all over again in another progress slot.

I suggest you follow a guide, instead of some random user with a private profile (no offense), who might not even have the achievement and is just trolling you.

and btw, unless you never got the shuttle ending before, you don't need a guide for that.
all I did was beat the game once with the shuttle ending (I wanted to save everyone, too bad the Psychotronics guy died because I extinguished the fire), then I planned things ahead in order to make that particular ending happen. not that hard.

I don't even play with the achievement hunter attitude. among all the games I have, this game is the only one with achievements done right, because they show you the many possibilities of this game.
