Mikhaila Father Audio Log missing!

I did as follows in the deep storage area. Sent the audio file back to my own terminal in the Talos Lobby. Went back to play the audio with her there but when i check the terminal the audio file is not there. Mikhaila is just waiting for me to play the audio file.

Objective just says play audio file at your terminal with mikhaila but there isnt any file to play.

Anyone else got the same problem and any fixes?

I had this problem, keep talking to Mikhaila till she says something like "lets lisen to the log now", the log will show up on your work station in the "files" part. You'll know it's there once it has 2 things in it.

I had the same thing happen,
I clicked a few times on her and after a few different responses she said something like "I'm ready to listen now" and it appeared as a second utility on the computer.
I don't remember completing any further quests to trigger it but maybe I was far enough along already.

thanks bois for the help. fixed now. just gave up and came back and decided to keep talking to her and she said lets listen to it now then it appeared on the terminal.

idk why she's name Mikhaila - is this even name? In russian loc she's Ekaterina(i.e. Kate). A lot of Russian words ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up in original. Like pel'meni, blini and etc.

Thanks for this thread. Thought my game bugged out and was looking forward to seeing how this side quest played out. Just keep talking to her until the Utilities tab says "2".
