worth keeping psi hypos if I I'm not taking alien powers?

So, I'm doing my first playthrough, which is mainly an exploration build that is all human powers (hack, lift, repair etc) so I'm skipping alien and most pure combat powers entirely. Is there any reason to hold onto psi hypos as I've got like a dozen of them in my safe now but figure if they're no use I might as well recycle them.

Keep in mind, there is one human power that uses psi energy.

It's the combat one that slows down time(focus i think) so if you ever want to use that, keep a couple of hypos handy.
