Repo man, game breaking bug? (spoilers)

So i was doing the repo man quest and heading out to go kill Kasper, who was in psychotronics this time around. however when i got to the room with the secret door (where Kasper is supposed to be) the door is closed, even though I opened it earlier, AND the button to open the door on the terminal is greyed out and cannot be pressed (as if the door was indeed open). Does anyone know how to fix this or map glitch in psychotronics so i can kill Kasper and finish the game or am I simply screwed?

Well for me, Kasper was actually out in the open in exterior space, so perhaps his location is randomized?

Same bug here. KASPAR is in Psychotronics, in Looking Glass Conference Room but the door is closed and the computer option to open it is greyed out. Practically, it's a game breaking bug and not even the latest beta patch (1.03) fixed it.

i have exactly the same issue. been holding of playing in hope for a patch. this needs to be fixed. or at least let us skip the repo man quest if u can't fix it. I can't finish the game and don't want to start over when i'm right at the end...
