[Spoilers] Stuff not found

So, I've finished game, yet, there are several things I've never managed to figure out:

• I've got part from satellite, and attached it to working satellite, yet never managed to find quest or whatever this action was meant to be for.
  
• Got wedding ring, yet had no quest for it (I know who may be quest giver, but talking to him does nothing)
  
• Found no keycard for bar storage and IT storage.

Can somebody tell me where to find those things?

the wedding ring quest should just complete when you talk to the right person (they are far away from the ring location)

I've tried to talk to husband of lady I've got ring from, but he was not interactible. Maybe I've missed moment when I can actually talk to him.

should be completable the moment you see him. sounds like a bug

I also found the ring, went back to the guy (anyway I am SURE I spoke with everybody in there when I first met the people) and still can't activate the quest.

Satellite has to do with certain quest related to Typhoon powers and some creature. If you got more than three Typhoon powers, you should have gotten a quest from January. Maybe it's a bug.

Bar storage? You mean the Yellow Tullip lounge or the restaurant in crew quarters?

You can access IT storage through a Quest Dahl gives you. :)

If you see you can't interact with someone or something, go to a level change door, change levels and come back. So far it has worked for me the only time I needed that trick.

From all stuff, I didn't finished only ring quest. And yeah, I've tried to reenter location numerous times, no luck.

Sattelite quest activates, I believe, when Nightmare actually notices you.
