Game Breaking Bug: Shipping and Receiving Quest
Main Quest Shipping and Receiving: Destroy the Typhon Organisms. Even after I cleared all the Typhon organisms, the objective does not change, I even reloaded a previous save three times just to be sure. Anyone knows how to fix this? :\ I probably wouldn't care if it were a side quest but it's a main quest!

What part of the quest are you up to?
Have you got inside where the humans are?
If not you may be missing a Mimic somwhere. Or just haven't climbed up yet.

I'm at the part where you put 3 eradicator turrets at the entrance to cargo bay B, ask Eleazar for the passcode, and open fire on the Typhons that enter the doorway.

Ya of course.

Eleazar tells me "that's the last of them" whenever I clear the Typhons. I jumped around and scaled everything to scan every single object for mimics but there was nothing at all. I can't even press F on Eleazar to speak to her.

I've even tried to reload 5 saves back and played back to that point, but nothing works.

Do you have a mimic detector on? And you are sure no enemies are outside the map?

Yes I do have the mimic detector on my psychoscope.

If you mean in the perimeter around the Cargo bay, then yes I am absolutely sure there is nothing around. If you're talking about Typhon glitched outside the map in some inaccessible area, then I'm not too sure about that one. I ran and stomped around (i don't have the silent walking and sprinting neuromods) but nothing detected me.

I also threw around a couple of Typhon lures. Nothing is coming.

Ok, I was able to make the objective complete, but it's troublesome...
If you want to fix this, you need to go to a previous save where you haven't talked with the female captain and she tells you to go get a turret fabrication plan and restore power.

My issue was that I restored power first before going for the fabrication plan and the quest was bugged (the fabrication plan icon even disappeared but I didn't really think it mattered).
This was probably what happened to you as well.

So go after talking to her, go for the fabrication plan first inside the locker she talks about, then go for the power. After this and killing all the Typhons at the door, the objective should be completed.

I hope it works for you too.

That's what I did on my first run, I went to get the plans first before restoring power but it still bugged out. :\

What did you have to do?
This is the sequence of my run:
1. Reloaded save prior to saving Dr. Igwe and entering Cargo Bay area
2. Docked Dr. Igwe and entered area.
3. Killed all 3 phantoms and went up to the cat walk using th white piping at the far side of the room. Do NOT ENABLE THE POWER OR GET THE FAB PLANS.
4. Spoke to Dr. Igwe and cleared side quest.
5. Did not pick up ANYTHING, spoke to Elazar straightaway.
6. Went to get the fabrication plan first.
7. Then got the power running
8. Fabricated 3 turrets, piled all of them in the white freight container elevator thing and went up to catwalk, placed them 1 by 1 at the entrance.
9. While moving the first turret, went to speak to Ekaterina- she said something about her Officer Rose and she being grateful, cleared all dialogue with her.
10. Once all 3 turrets are placed, stood far away from the crowd so Elazar will get into position properly.
11. Initiated dialogue with Elazar and got the code
12. Opened door with code and cleared Typhons.

The only items I picked up were the neuromods in the safe with the fabrication plans- Didn't pick up anything else, even the neuromods in the room with Elazar. I've been told that the main problem was me turning on the power before picking up the plans, but that's what I did in my original run and it got me the bug anyway so I'm not sure what's the actual cause.

Hmmm, is it possible then that talking to everyone or looting something before the battle breaks it?

Not only I restored the power first, I looted whatever I could and talked to everyone. Okay when I replay it later today, won't touch any container, any touchscreen nor do any chatty before I finish the quest (if possible).

That's lame, cus I also restored power first before gettin the fab plans too. Only thing I can think of I did different was talk to the guard on the lower deck where you make your stand to try and find his wife in crew quarters. Also I repaired everything you could repair within the room. I think you have to repair the fabricator, recycler and the elevator? I can't remember

Edit: Forgot to mention my quest did complete even tho I got the power on first.

Edit2: I didn't have to fabricate any turrets there were already 3 or 4 available in the cargo bay.

All right I replayed plans first, power next but I think I know what causes the problem and it's not that.

Turrets, seems it doesn't matter if are existing or fabricated.

If you get close to two guards by a window, one of corpses in the bay gets zombified - seems that this sequence breaks the later sequence of another guard who then won't join the battle later. This time I sayed away from those two by the window - not only everyone joined the battle the poor Enoch wasn't turned into a phantom:

In any case currently the only way to avoid this bug to trigger is doing the quest as linear as possible without touching anything you don't have to before the quest is finished.

Note that by doing this will lock you out of finding Nicole Hague sidequest. Her father will not give it to you if you talk to him only after the battle. Doesn't mean you can't find her I guess...
