Please help me how can i access it?? i cant find the keycard

Which room in particular? Perhaps you need to use the boltcaster?

im inside the room of PSYChOTRONICS and now im front of the door psychotronics staff only and i dont have the keycard

OK, that one is a story flag. Just keep doing other stuff, you'll get a card to access Psychotronics eventually.
