Missing Engineer Mission

I am trying to find Jean Faure in the Power Plant but I am stuck at a "Unpowered Door (Locked)" anyone know how to get past this door? I have tried just about everything.

Can you take a screen shot? There is probably a way in via an overhead vent.

No vents in the area, its either I open the door or I leave the area

It is probably opened via one of the main quests later on.

You need to progress further in the story I believe to gain access to the reactor room. At least if that's the door I'm thinking of.

Thats odd, thought I was far enough to have everything open. Guess I will leave it for now unless there is some other way to open it

There's a couple spots in the game I came to that realization, I ended up exploring much of the station and upgrading everything before I really did much of the main storyline, hell before even aquiring the PsychoScope. lol

One level down, you can gain access to the elevator shaft, and "climb" it.

Or you can use typhon telepathy power to unlock the door right across from the hatch where she is at top of reactor room elevator.
