Whistleblower Container code
Is there any way to open the container for whistleblower side quest in cargo bay without having any skill in hacking?

Yeah. I am fairly certain I didn't hack it, but had a code.

Do you maybe remember where you got the code? Should i have gotten it back at the start of the quest or should i search in cargo bay?

Not particularly. You get so many damn keycodes throughout the game. It's hard to remember where you got one specific code.
