One way to get in there is by smashing the LG screen in Morgan's office. That then leads to a maintenance hallway that goes above the IT room in the lobby. There is a glass floor in there so you can access it.

And don't worry about the screen, there -should- be a way to repair it through Morgan's terminal (saw a similar thing with another story important LG screen, so it should be with this one as well.

That's the IT Security room, not the IT Supply Closet which is in the IT Security Room.

There's no way to get into the IT Supply Closet other than clipping through the door with the GLOO gun trick, the people inside a named after the game devs so it's probably just an easter egg.

Glue the door entierly, fill it will glue, then throw a recylcer charge at it. The door should now be able to be walked through. I got no idea where the card is, but least this way you can get in there.

Keycard is on the body of someone who's only spawned into the game if you're killing everyone on the station and is someone who's supposed to be in that room. The 4 people inside are just tracking bracelets but are listed as alive. The keycard does not exist in the game otherwise. The 4 people are also dev names so it's more of an easter egg than an actual location.

If you smash the screen in Morgan's office, there's a door that requires a keycard you get pretty early on. If you get through the door, you can drop down into I.T.

Bumping this thread, because I found a way how to actually open that closet! Don't read the following if you haven't finished the game yet.

If you go for a genocidal run, killing everyone, Dahl will offer you to help him kill some extra personnel before meeting him. One of those will be carrying a keycard that opens the IT supply closet!

I think the exploit is fixed now, you can't do it except with genocidal run now

They fixed the GLOO door exploit and the Recycle resource multiplication exploits in the recent patch.

Wish they had fixed the disappearing items bug instead.
