Engineering Office Neuromods

FFS this room has triggered me for the better part of an entire day it between security station and power plant lift in the PP section when you 1st get near the door you can repair a coil to restore power to the room and you see 3 floating neuromods right in front of the door just laughing at you teasing you to come get them so since the rooms permanently close due to a hull breach I eva outside the PP airlock which show 60m above is an hull breach i go inside the supposed hall find 2 neuromods and go back in thinking ok I go back up and pass by the door and still see 3 neuromods and a freaking mimic just troting along between the room like an ******* **** that he is. SO I go back out spend about 4 freaking hrs trying to figure out what the deal with this room is so if anyone got some helpful input on how to get those damn mods it would be much appreciated.

Yeah, I spent some time on this one too. I'm convinced this is simply a bug. From the inside you can see 3 Neuromods and a small box next to them through the sealed door. Once inside the breached area, in the short hallway between the two offices, the box is there but the Neuromods are not.
I found quite a couple of extra items in hidden wall-mounted supply caches while exploring the outside of the Power Supply section though, so still time well spent :)

*** POTENTIAL SPOILERS ***

After you inserted/repaired a new coil and powered the hull breached area, you need to exit through the airlock at Coolant Monitoring Station where you can find Mikhaila Ilyushin.
You should then find a hull breach indicator nearby which should lead you back to those tempting neuromods.

this is where you also find Mikhaila's medications

The catch is that even when you do get those neuromods from the exterior of the station, when you go back into the Engineering Office you can still see them floating there. It's probably because they didn't want to load the exterior scene just to show you three neuromods, so they've made a small copy of that room instead.
