Neuromod under Fabrication?

I can see a neuromod underneith the Fabrication room through a damaged floor. Does anyone know how to get down there?

There's a grate by the recycler that requires 2 points in leverage, or you can drop a recyler next to it.

Pro strat: Slide an explosive bottle on the grate's opening, shoot it. Opens instantly.

Bit of a necro I guess, but there should be a Recycler Charge right next to the grate and crate on top of it anyway, so you can just use that and hop right in - along with the other methods like Leverage II, Mimic Powers, Telekinetic Blast and Lift Powers, or using explosive canisters etc.

I think you could also use Remote Manipulation to grab the Neuromod itself through the hole in the floor as well.
