Constant freezes (SOLVED)

I needed help because i cant play the game like this. It keeps freezing every two steps i take, it mini freezes all the time, it's unplayable. I have everything maxed out (Vsync disabled), and when im not moving it works perfectly 60 fps, i throw things, move the camera like a madman, i jump, no problem. I have a I7 6700, 16g ram and a Nvidia 1070 with latest drivers. It should work, i dont know what to do.

Update: Rolling it back to driver 381.89 solved it for me. If someone else has this issue try it out.

enable vsync, it helps

I had it enabled and the same happened, worse actually.

then try lowering your settings, it may look bad but it might help

Apparently the new nvidia driver is what's causing it. I rolled it back and it made a notable difference for me.

just tried so many things. Roll back was the key change. Running max smooth now

yeah ,rollback to the 381.89 driver and it should works,for me it work

I rolled it back to the driver 381.89 and it works perfectly now. Thank you everybody. It's funny that the update aimed to optimize this game makes it run worse xD

He obviously doesnt know much to say that a 1070 isnt a good card. The gtx 1070 is in the bottom of the high end. Surely not considered a mid or low.
