Anyone managed to open the door to Mitsuko Tokaji room (Labs B) in Psychotronics?

Exactly. Don't waste your PSI on items. Use monitor (Read my first post edited part).

While glass is already missing/broken on the window, unlike later armory and morgue (where you need to break glass first), there is no button here to shoot your xbow at. So you need to use your PSI power.

Ah I don't have that power unlocked yet so I assumed you were talking about grabbing and bringing the items in there to you.

I used the foam crossbow and shot that monitor for utilities, then I shot the open door button.

LOL I didn't think that's possible but okay. I did have the PSI power just didn't try it on monitor but was looking for a physical button - that's why I asked in the first place only to find a solution myself a few minutes later.

I zoomed in to the screen using z scan button and then mouse scroll wheel to zoom into the maximum, then aimed at the computer's 3 boxes (email, files, utilities), utilities opens up a window for "unlock door" and "lock door". Took something like 5 darts to hit the right buttons.

The one room that I never found a way to get inside is one of the barricaded bedrooms in the crew deck. So far as I can tell, turning into a mimic is the only way inside. There's nothing good inside either.

I'm not yet into that part, but will remember and post if I find another way of entering it. Usually there are at least two ways of entering some place in some cases even more.

I honestrly never tried the dart as I thought you had to touch the screens directly.

You could use the bolt, in "utilities" there is the command to open the door. I had a hard time avoiding the bars on the window though. But yes, that option is possible.
