If I recall correctly he is in G.U.T.S. Use a security terminal to pinpoint his bracelet. Hes is in a bit tricky segment of the station there, floating in zero G.

I know that,which part of the GUTS tunnel?i've spent the past 3hrs looking for him.

advance through the tunnel until the distance is between 30 and 24 meters (you probably have passed several times though here), it will seems that it is behind a wall (it's a -very big- black pipe), now go to the extreme of the pipe without taking the turn and look up or down the pipe and you will notice a gap, Josh Dalton is behind the gap with a few cistoids with him

He's in the terminals, but I think he's under hardware labs, NOT guts.

Yes, he belongs to the labs, and there you get his location.

He is in GUTS, when you move from the Arboretum to the magnetosphere, keep going (past the weaver) and he is below a pipe in the main shaft.
I got lost when searching for him even with having his location...

Yeah, me too, lol. I actually ended up thinking he was outside the ship somewhere in space, and it took me a long time to realize you could get behind that pipe.
Shame he didn't have better loot though. He carries the keycard for the back room in the beam labs, right?

Yo wtf? I followed the directions, am looking at the same spot but he isnt there, i killed the cysts and all i see is the light

In every game that I've played (except the last playthrough) he has been behind the pipe. Last playthrough he was at the opposite end of guts near to the Arboretum entrance.

Keep in mind, the crew lisiting lists characters based on where they work, not where their body is.
