Preorder shotgun missing

I bought the preorder edition of prey sooner on G2A, but i can't get the preoder stuff, i went to the locker in my office and its empty, so my question is : did you guys downloaded something like an addon? Or is your game called Prey: Preoder Edition ? Because mine is just called Prey :c

If you bough on some crappy websites like Ge2A then you can blame only yourself for that.
Don't even bother asking Steam for help with that.

well you look in your steam library if the dlc is activated.

Yes, you have to put in a different code for the DLC to activate and then you should have 2 entries in DLC in Steam.

Make sure you distinguish your office from your bedroom, as they are extremely different. The starting area is your bedroom, and you find your office probably 30-60 minutes into gameplay.

Shotgun and Extras is interior locker in office Morgan, look all. I think loss but not, look all in office Morgan. Vault, desk, locker... It's interior.

You input a second code on steam and then when you start the game you get a large message across the screen as well.

i still can't get the preorder stuff but i went a little bit further into the story and found some usefull stuff like a shotgun.

(if you have the same issue as me you should check how to find a shotgun because its very easy)

The first room you encounter with a fabricator and a recycler is your office. The safe is in that area, pressed into a wall.

I got two codes, you might wanna check if you got a second one as well.
If not, you got ripped off i would guess.

I can't see what site you got it from because it's censored. What Breach said, the pre-order stuff is considered DLC so check if it's there. I got mine on Cdkeys and they gave me 2 codes. However, you should expect those kinds of sites to NOT give pre-oder bonuses.

the pre-order bonus was for steam, not for g2a

It should appear automatically as downloaded DLC - I bought mine from Greenmangaming and only recieved one code, and that covered both the game and the pre-order extras. Are you showing any "owned" DLC?
