... so how about you stop saying it's the "dev's fault" for the setting being so drastically different for every other game, and change you damn'ed mouse settings?
I mean... you have the power to fix it.
White knights, game just released and they are spawned.
That shouldn't be necessary you idiot. It's 2017. We have mice with 3K+ DPI FFS.
Why the hell do I need to set my sensitivity to freakin TWO out of ONE HUNDRED for the game to be playable at 1600DPI?
No one should be forced to turn down their DPI because developers are too stupid to test their game with reasonable hardware.
I'm supposed to believe that not a single person in the office didn't have a mouse available for testing with a DPI over 800?
Yeah... I don't buy that for a second.
This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I'm so damn sick of having to put my mouse sensitivity to something like 0.06 just to be able to use a decent DPI on my mouse when 1600DPI mice have been around over a decade now.
I did *not* move the sensitivity on this one, and ... works just fine. Also this thread issue is from months ago presumably before any patching went in.
NO developer should ever be held accountable for YOUR decision to play with a sluggish or too-fast input device. It's in YOUR hand. The options are there. Use them. That's what they're FOR.
Someone needs therapy I see...
Just use your million dollar config utilities that come for your million dollar mice, it's not like the game requires more than a gamepad anyway, there are literally multiple ways to freeze or slow time
Creating a special profile for this game and lowering the DPI does not solve the problem of the slow in-game cursor.
To solve this, the cursor sensitivity on the OS side must also be changed.
This is very silly.
Normally 1600 DPI, but for this game the sensitivity was set to 0 and then lowered to 600 DPI.
