Will most likely be patch soon. since it look more like an issue between the engine and the driver.

i've tried lot of change :
4K + MAX gfx = same issue
4K + High gfx = same issue
1080 + very High = same issue
1080 + High gfx = same issue
have the last Nvidia Driver + SSD install , i dont know what to do ...
Also, what FPS do you have generally in a non-moving scene?
