How do i solve this bug

i was playing prey at which point i had to retrieve an item called psyschope or whatever, there´s a corpse named josef or something which holds the item. but unfortunately because of some bug the corpse is not spawning, is there some command code i can use, can i get a refund because of this. i have also taken pictures as proof of this incidence on my steam profile etc

if you have a save before ever going to psychotronics, load it and try again. and make a save before travelling to any new location, sometimes game "forget" to generate some needful stuff

Jokes aside, there is another one, but it cannot be found by chance. Andrea Hudson (also Psychotronics) wears it, but to get to her requires some climbing and jumping.
