Whats the most efficient or best way to kill Technopaths?
when i use the shotgun on them it does'nt do damage like it does to other typhons, it feels like its body is covered with armor or something.

Hit the with the disruptor stun gun again and again, it will stun them so they cant attack you and will do a noticeable amount of damage each shot. This is how i deal with them on hard mode.

another tactic, combat focus 2 and q beam, but I never used the stun gun on one, I guess I will try that tactic.

q-beam cells are rare and you can be attacked while using it. Save the q-beam for harder enemies.

i think technopath can disable Q beam weapon and gloo gun

yeah, but its what I used on my first encounter with one. (the one in the greenhouse)

but your right, the Q beam is better left for tougher stuff, but I can craft the ammo, which helps a lot, so I have a min amount on me always.

Disruptor stun gun alone is pretty handy for whacking Technopaths, and if it has enough turrets with it to make getting in range an unhealthy proposal you can add an EMP grenade to disable them and keep the techie from doing much before you're close enough to zap it.

Can't say I've tried, but possibly - though due to their limited firing arc, whether they'd be able to shoot back on the Technopath is something I'm even less sure of.

Once the turret turns hostile, the Technopath will no longer hover it, and the fall will probably destroy the turret.

Early game use your Disruptor 'stun' Gun and fully charge it up. Later on you can cast Psychoshock to do damage and more importantly, disable his elemental orb attack for 10-20 secs. Then a few Kinetic Blasts will damage him and knock out any turrets he has machine minded. Superthermal is great to use against Technopaths and Telepaths alike, or pretty much any enemy that's not immune to fire which these aren't.

After a point in the game you can just run around with the QBEAM and smoke everything that moves, carry around some nulwave grenades to imobilize them and go to town. The games gets kinda easy if you explore and upgrade right.
Nullwave/Stun gun it, then rush it with combat focus. It can work if your security weapons are mildly upgraded.

Combat focus 3 and upgraded shotgun does the job well. Except in space. There you need the qbeam
