Cant end game... Alex Yu Bug

I need help here. I'm at the end of the game where I'm suppose to talk to alex yu top get his key (just after saving him from the guys trying to kill him outside his bunker). And the problem is, I cant talk to him, nothing happen, I save the other guy by stuning him then removing his neuromod. Now I cant end the game.

I finally reloaded my game to the last save i had in my list (loosing 4 hour of gameplay) and now I must talk to Dr.Igwe in my office before going to stun Dahl.
New problem is: Dr Igwe isnt in my office at all, when I'm at the bottom of the elevato, the quest mark show him to be 800m away, like, 800m away under the lowest floor I can go.

2 game breaking bug in the same playtrough, and now I cant finish the game without killin alex or Dahl.

So has Alex actually walked outside of his bunker room? Did he walk out and then do nothing?

no, he's just in the bunker, looking to the wall. He dont come out and the quest just tell me to save him from dahl... exept that dahl is already on our side and not in front of the bunker anymore.

Save him from Dahl? I don't remember anything like that. The bunker room door is open and you can see in?

Is the area full of military operators still?

If you dont neutralise Dahl the first time you see him, he can be found after trying to open the bunker of alex with 4 or 5 operator with him, and you get the mission update to protect alex from Dahl. Thats the time I neutralise him and get his neuromod out. but when I came back to talk to alex (I open the bunker) and he's just there, watching the wall/ computer on the wall) not moving, cannot talk to him and the operator that were outside are now dead on the floor outsite the bunker.

And to add to this, the only savefile I have before Dahlk arriving, is broken by Dr Igwe being off map and the quest to get in Dahl ship bugged (back door already open, even if I didnt see Dahl at the time so didnt get his keycard to open that door. And quest not updating for geting in the ship).

well, i obtained Alex`s key card by two ways: when he become unconsciounes after prime-tiphon come, i found key in his inventory (body), also i found blueprint of key in his room.

finally I found a way arround.

I stun alex then took his key and everything on him then exit his bunker. At this point everything happen like It was supposed to do, and alex is not dead :)
