On the plus site you have tons of ammo since you can basically recycle everything exept the ammunition you use and medkits. Suit chips can still help a bit, even if you can only use 2 without upgrades. Also very small inventory the whole game.
Oh and turrents are your best friends, set them up in large groups and then lure phantoms into their fire range.
Did no try is myself yet but watched a LP of someone going for it that way.
Its still pretty hard without any mods.
Don't use any Neuromods huehuehue

I like the tips. Thanks! I'll wait until I get more tips before closing the thread. And Burd, I don't think I would need 20 of both mineral and synthetic material for Shipping and Receiving. There are 3 turrets around the fabricator room. those 3 turrets can rip through all the monsters. But still, I really like the advice.
Stun Gun is not only exceptional in combat against operators but also good for bypassing fights in the event you get caught accidentally.
The usefulness of the GLOO gun is self-explanatory.
Stack up every physics object you can find and throw a recycle grenade at it.
