Play on "EASY" for that achievement. That is the only real tip. Since you cant upgrade your weapons and have no battle skills it will be hard enough without going for a higher setting.
On the plus site you have tons of ammo since you can basically recycle everything exept the ammunition you use and medkits. Suit chips can still help a bit, even if you can only use 2 without upgrades. Also very small inventory the whole game.
Oh and turrents are your best friends, set them up in large groups and then lure phantoms into their fire range.

Did no try is myself yet but watched a LP of someone going for it that way.
Its still pretty hard without any mods.

Don't use any Neuromods huehuehue

Skip all non-essential side-quests. Focus on Stun Disruptor, Gloo Cannon, and Shotgun. Never engage enemies unless you absolutely need to (example: killing Technopath to get to the Power Plant). If you take too much damage on a single altercation with an enemy, reload a save. Health won't be an issue with this type of playstyle so recycle everything that isn't ammo or a medkit. Craft all the batteries and shotgun shells you can possibly make. Save at least ~20 of Mineral and Synthetic before you reach Cargo Bay to make turrets in Shipping and Recieving.

I like the tips. Thanks! I'll wait until I get more tips before closing the thread. And Burd, I don't think I would need 20 of both mineral and synthetic material for Shipping and Receiving. There are 3 turrets around the fabricator room. those 3 turrets can rip through all the monsters. But still, I really like the advice.

The Stun Gun and GLOO Gun are your best friends for no Neuromods.

Stun Gun is not only exceptional in combat against operators but also good for bypassing fights in the event you get caught accidentally.

The usefulness of the GLOO gun is self-explanatory.

Also, assuming you do need resources such as health kits badly, use your recycle grenades.

Stack up every physics object you can find and throw a recycle grenade at it.
