When/Where do I get the keycard for Psychotronics?
I'm on my second playthrough and I don't remember. I'm trying to get there ASAP because it's a Typhon power run. I broke into Hardware Labs and got the boltcaster to open the door, but now I'm at an impasse.

Just advance the story then January will give you the keycard for it.

You could technically get the Boltcaster blueprints even before leaving Neuromod Division..

Anyway, to the point of finishing up the story parts in Hardware Labs.
