Did you not hear the call you get explaining about the DRM when it first happens, and then it gives you a quest to fix it?
It's fine unless you want to fabricate more than 5 a day! ;)
I hadn't injected any alien neuromods.
I was at a computer terminal instead of injecting neuromods.
There was no giant alien (the nightmare).
So yeah, it's very likely you didn't get call from Alex about the quest.
Neuromod developers absolutely need to be paid.
Yea, i noticed that myself, after finding out what to do, I went back to the beginning area and a nightmare was there in the open area infront of where you get your first neuromod. I waited out the timer and then went to reset the licences. After i reset the licences, i got a call about another nightmare but there was none to be seen. Only an enemy vision indicator through a wall in an area i hadnt been yet and couldn't reach. Really strange.
