Was quite funny. But at least it only happens once.

Well most its gonna make you waste is probably just 1 or 2 med kits and a couple of shotgun round at least. Be glad its not a Technopath/Etheric phantom and just a basic one lol. Also i actually liked this one it actually got me surprised XD after the mimics basically become easy to detect unless you got careless.

By that point i actually could one shot standard phantoms with my fully upgraded shotgun.
But i was so startled that i put like 6 shots into the phantom. I actually laughed out loud after that.

I wrench it dead :l but that just me Ammo is too good waste on a phantom.

i was not shocked at all, i was annoyed, however he did have some valuables on him in the end.

Yeah, that encounter was dumb.

It wasn't scary or atmospheric. Just a random forced kill this enemy fight.

relax. it only happens once and i believe its completely random when. currently on my 2nd playthrough on ps4 and havent encountered it yet.
and thats basicly the only moment the game forces such a thing on the player. the rest is up to you. i found ways throughout the whole station today with only the general access key
