Lower the volume?

Hey, is there any way to lower the game's volume? I like to talk to people while I play some games, and I can't talk to the person because their volume is too low and the game's is too high. Checked the settings, checked the config file, couldn't find anything. So is there a way to lower it?

If on a windows, press the little sound icon on the taskbar. Then click audio mixer and turn down limobs volume
