cant start win10

hi guys i bought this game and it doesnt work on win 10,the problem is 'direct play' i have directx9 and direct play and i enabled direct play.but still doesnt work pls help me

Hi, try this.
1. Right click on windows logo (bottom left of the toolbar)
2. Programs and features (should be the first item on the list)
3. Click on Turn Windows Features on/off (should be the last item on the left panel)
4. On the opening popup, check if Legacy Components / DirectPlay is enabled and press ok.
5. Wait for windows for finishing looking up & download the needed components
6. Launch the game

I haven't tried this method yet since i'm at work and i've just bought the game, but this is the way of enabling DirectPlay on windows.

Let me know.

EDIT : tested it on my PC with win 10 and it works.

I tried the demo while the main menu background loads normally there is nothing on the menu itself except some pixels, any idea how to fix that.

Thanks a lot Irothyal for your fix, the game runs. I have another issue tho, I have the main menu music and images etc, but the text is not working, I have some kinds of boxes instead, with different colors. Any idea how to fix it ?

I am sorry i actually never experienced something like that :( seems like missing fonts or something but i don't really have no idea how to fix it :(
