Report a translation problem
1. Right click on windows logo (bottom left of the toolbar)
2. Programs and features (should be the first item on the list)
3. Click on Turn Windows Features on/off (should be the last item on the left panel)
4. On the opening popup, check if Legacy Components / DirectPlay is enabled and press ok.
5. Wait for windows for finishing looking up & download the needed components
6. Launch the game
I haven't tried this method yet since i'm at work and i've just bought the game, but this is the way of enabling DirectPlay on windows.
Let me know.
EDIT : tested it on my PC with win 10 and it works.

I am sorry i actually never experienced something like that :( seems like missing fonts or something but i don't really have no idea how to fix it :(
