unable to play resolution issue

Hello,
like in the tittle I can't play this game when i launch it the resolution won't change to 1920*1080 (despite the fact I manually change it in settings) then I start a game and the screen turn to an even lower resolution like ½ of 1024*768

Doesn't it change resolution when starting the game itself or just on the start screen?
The start screen does not change resolution at all. Only when starting the campaign or skirmish mode does the game change to the resolution you chose in the options menu.

If it doesn't work, you can try going to the game folder and right clicking on 'engine.exe'> Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings and check the box next to "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and where says "Scaling performed by" select the 'Application' option. Start the game and see if it solved.
