Game lagging/jumpy?

I've been testing my Vive and loving it. Job Simulator, Zombie Training.. so got this after seeing it.

other games run fine, but this ones laggy/choppy and constantly flickers between the in game view and the menu's open black world view as well as the area boundry flickering on and off... things no other game does.

not sure what to do x.x
