BUG with The Jungle Awakens

Me and my friends purified ALL of the expedition members yet a round or two before winning, the game randomly decided to transform one of the CLEANED members thus not giving us the ending we deserved.

We had this problem today as well. Having a read through the forums here and elsewhere it appears this particular adventure is fairly bugged sadly.
