1. I have only encountered win/fail scenario endings. However, I've also only played fifteen or so games. The first mission is the only one we've successfully completed more than once. Playing the new DLC tonight, I'm pretty certain there are multiple "win" endings, but I can't confirm until the next time (or two) we play it. However, see item #4.
2. Investigators can take two actions per turn. One move action can be two spaces. So a non-wounded investigator may move four spaces; six for the athlete.
3. Each DLC is one scenario/storyline/mission. Each one is about 2-3 hours. Replay value is about the same as any other mission.
4. Each physical expansion will unlock variations of what tiles are used for a mission. Sometimes they are just swaps of same-size tiles, but some will change the entire layout. For example, I've seen the medium sized Entry Hall swapped out for the large tile Foyer. The main story, search tokens, and other such will remain the same though.
Physical packs *will* add a lot more variation in the choice of investigators, monsters you encounter, and each has at least one dedicated mission. However, the physical packs will also cost ten times what a DLC does.
