Creating a Scenario on paper

I'm currently trying to create a pen and paper scenario for mansion of madness second edition. I have a general idea of what I want to do, but I need some assistance. Any suggestion for the monster health or what items to give them? I also need to come up with mythos phase events. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the desired outcome? To play without a device, or to create your own content? If the later, I suggest you have a look at Valkyrie. If the former, I recommend getting on the Valkyrie discord and talking with those who have created Valkyrie scenarios and they have learnt heaps about how to do it.

You can always look up mansions of madness 1st edition on Board Game Geek if you want to see how to make it using only paper, just remember that the mechanics are a little different on that version.

It would be a choose your own adventure book. And you should substitute the puzzles with tests
