I'm having the same problem. No email arrived for Multiplayer to register. The steam code doesn't work as it fits only the first three boxes of five.

If you bought the game from Humble Bundle, you'll notice the provided key only activates the product on your Steam account. In order to activate the multiplayer, you must enter the EA key included with the game. This key is different from the Humble Bundle key.

You'll find it on your library. Right click on Medal of Honor - Singleplayer > View CD Key

THE KEY IS IN YOUR SINGLE PLAYER STEAM GAME, just clic it and see at your roght menu the KEY words. paste and copy into MP game.

It's simple - the key is already in use.
Your friend registered it on his accout. He has to give you his password, and you have to login through YOUR medal of honor (NOT steam) account in the game.
You can get another key by buying the game, I guess? :-D

i Have the key.......but why do the ea login form appears....atleast the servers should be available in the servers list....but no servers i can see
